Started Beta of T25 today. Core cardio was pretty tough, but then again I did chest on Sunday not knowing what was in store for today. Think I will limit my gym time this week until I figure out what this second dose of T25 is going to be like. I do need to gain more a ton more muscle mass right now, though. Just need to find that line between producing and burning out. I'm down to a size 32 for a 36 when I started. Cheers.

I've been major slacking for a week due to OT at work and I did Relay For Life last Friday where I was destroyed by noseeums. My legs look terrible and it was painful/itchy.

Out again today, but I'll be back in tomorrow. I feel awful.

Did legs with a dude I used to play ball with today...

We were both trying to outdo each other... I felt like I was gonna puke after so must've been a good workout.

Ha that was my leg day. I was glad to do seated calf raises just to sit down.

Sore this morning... man.

Hurts but feels good too... I know I did something for sure.

We squatted yesterday... the weight is no problem with my legs, but I'm still leary of my back. My last set I did 365 4x and it was no problem, but I need to do it more before I try to go higher.  I need to strengthen all those support muscles in my back more.

Step down the weight and  up the reps... that makes my back burn like crazy
