Am I the only one who ever looks at their workouts and tries to stack them against the combine numbers for NFL draft prospects?  haha

Like the other day doing bench I did 3 sets of 215# @ 15 reps and the last was able to get to 17... So I figured I'd be 3rd round something or other.

Back at it after a week off. I do physically feel better, but after that workout, mentally I feel better. I missed the gym

Any plans on what you're going to do this time?  Same routines?  Same motive?  Anything to change it up?  Add to your goals?

I'm working on a long cut. I want to hit 8% body fat and run a 10k in under 40 minutes. I might switch regimens, but I have to find one I like first.

Maybe I missed it - but are you a competitive runner?

I am going to begin for running a marathon shortly.  I just want to run one, then I'll look to the 10k's and 5k's, etc.  I need to find a Marathon date for 2015 or late this year and train to that.  Richmond and Charleston would be cool places to run.

No I'm not, but since I got in shape I decided I should do something like that. I want to do the Bridge Run under 40 minutes

I did 175 sit ups today and 100 push ups.  I ran 4.6 miles this weekend.  I have this fancy gym membership and every workout I've done this year could have been done without it.  I'm in the best shape of my life.

Just wanted to stop by the thread before hitting the gym. Happy lifting everyone. I'm starting to get a lot better at jumping rope now. It has become a mainstay in my routine. I can now run in place and switch feet. I'm trying to seriously Rocky III this sht.

Now off to continue my quest to become Batman
