I just realized who you are.

 

 

I felt the same way when you became the dark lord of bewbs.

 

I felt like I was fit enough to start p90x again seeing as how I could do everything they asked but holy hell that poo is nuts.  I mean I did Plyo last night and its nothing but fuging jumping around for an hour.  My wife loved laying there laughing at my agony.  I'm gonna stick with it even though I can't sit down or get up today.  

 

I'm not so much following the diet plan as I pretty much eat decent.

You got this poo! Keep it up you know you'll feel great and it will become so much easier as time passes. And make her get off her ass and join you!

She just had a baby a month ago and they haven't cleared her yet for exercise and poo.  Once she does she'll join me.  She did attempt the ab ripper and quit after a few exercises.

Went to the Bobcats season finale tonight and had two beers, a grilled chicken sandwich, and a hotdog.  The kicker, I got back home and did some T25 lower focus.  I still have the post-exercise high right now.  Not gonna make tremendous gains that way, but at least I'm not taking 5 steps backwards.

 

I'm getting too complacent with my weight lifting routine.  I'm not bored at all, but do need to mix it up a bit, whether it's just the order, or different lifts altogether.  Keep up the good work, ladies and gents.

Panini? Wine? Too rich for my blood. I was going to work out before, but I didn't leave the office until 6. By that time everyone was making their way into town. But a commitment is a commitment, and I got it done afterwards.

Ps It was a great game, too.

Wife has admitted to me that she's gotten complacent with her body and made defeatist remarks about her weight like "I'll be back up to my pregnancy weight soon"

She doesn't even try anymore no matter what.

How soon should I divorce her?
