I've only had samples so I can't speak too much about it. It did have a pretty good taste at least. BSN usually makes pretty good stuff from my experience with them. I just haven't been able to bring my wallet on board to add a post workout BCAA yet.

This is definitely an issue... I bought that new pre and some new protein the other day and spent upwards of $60.

$60 is usually what I end up getting close to on protein...which I'm due on.

You might also want to compare CellMass to AminoX if you are in the market for a post. I've heard good stuff about it too, might be more suited to your goals. It has Aminos, glutamine and creatine.

Thanks.

I try my best to catch stuff on sale.

Online is good, but when I want to try something new I get it at Vitamin Shoppe bc you can take it back NQA.

I didn't do deadlifts yesterday with legs, and I'm going to try to tack them on today with bench presses.

Am I crazy?  Probably.

You did legs yesterday and are gonna do DL's today?  Uhh...

I try to put at least 3 days between any leg stuff and deadlifts.

I'm always sore after leg day... always.

I am sore, but my limiting muscles on deads are always the ones in my upper back. My legs barely come into play at deadlifts of ~220 because my legs are way stronger than that.  If you saw my weirdly shaped body, you would understand.

I knew I should have sent you a nude selfie.

lol

I def feel it in my back, but I try and use my hams and glutes as much as possible on the deadlift.

Gotta new max of 295 Benchinh yesterday. Tried to be a hard ass and go for 300 but that 5 pounds made a huge difference. Also getting 225 up pretty easy nowadays.

I'm just gonna be a full time drunk tho. I lost 10 pounds from drinking 1 night. All this week I been looking leaner and lost weight. And I was eating shitty food too. Oh well. That's my main problem now. Remembering how to say no

Just completed my first week of T25.  It's no Insanity, but if you're pressed for time or just don't like working out, it definitely is a must.  Relative to other home-training programs, I would say, and this is pure conjecture, that the diet plan is significantly more critical to success when doing T25.  There are more power moves, i.e., lower body, that gets you your cardio in lieu of a circuit or suicide runs, so you build muscle and get winded.  It takes a second to adjust to the moves, but come the second week, I should be able to jump right into them without thinking or stopping to stare at the screen.

Cheers
