I am starting to get my adonis belt back.  But not from losing weight.  My obliques and upper thighs are getting more muscular :)

 

I'm pretty sure my wife married me for it, because I had it when I weighed 145 when we met.

240 push ups today.

 

7 sets (32,38,30,26,34,30,50)

 

As soon as I saw this work out I just started laughing.  I knew I wouldn't be able to do them in the 16:00 total minutes allowed.  I cranked out the first 4 sets then had to take some serious breaks between the last 3 sets.  Two more work outs till the 100.  Even though I didn't do it in the time it was calling for I'm feeling more optimistic about pulling off the 100.

Well... mass gains...  just wasn't sure what you were referring to...

 

Obviously as you're seeing it's possible to cut and get stronger at the same time.

Touche sir, touche. I have stalled on squats, bench press, and a few other things. I do expect things like wide grip pull ups or chest dip to get easier as I drop weight, but I just thought it was odd to see some strength increases while cutting

I'm hoping daylight savings time keeps some people out of the gym after work. It's been annoyingly busy still.

 

Still amazed how some people act in there. I was doing bench the other night and had a guy on the one next to me doing skull crushers. Some kid (literally a kid) took the weight off one side of his bar in between sets and the guy didn't notice. I went ahead and put some weight back on for him, because that would have been a rude surprise.

 

I was using a flat bench today today to do forearm curls, and inbetween sets had a woman ask me if I was actually using the bench. The thing is, I was the only person over there and there were two other benches within 10 feet.

 

Some people just can't get enough blood to their head when working out.

 

I also had my first gym poop, but I'll spare the details. Yes it was scary and awful.

I have never tried this...  I just read the descriptions on bodybuilding.com...  interesting.

 

Can you take it with caffeine as well?  I mean... I know you don't like stims... but I need one after sitting in an office chair for 8 hours.

a lot of people like it for its ability to stack with caffeine based preworkouts.
