Bulk comes from eating and effort. Lean comes from less eating. If you're bored, (cardio bores the hell out of me) go to the gym and watch tv while you run, elliptical, bike, whatever. If you're going for it outdoors, try an intellectual pod cast or a book on tape to occupy your mind.

I bought a new pair of running shoes and it made a world of difference. I found a store that measures the angle of your pronation or subpronation and recommends a shoe based on how your feet land. I put 4.5 miles on them this morning and it helped a lot.

after playing soccer for like 12 straight years running just to run just has zero appeal to me. i would rather play a full game of soccer and not think about how far i have ran.

Running is the worst. I get so bored. If you want cardio at home workout videos are the poo. You can get them used online for a cheaper price. Blast some music and your workout is over before you know it and you feel like a million bucks.

2 workouts using hemavol and it hasn't had any uncomfortable side effects.  Helped me lift a little more.

Pump was so-so, but I only used 3/4 of a scoop for chest day and 1 scoop for leg day.  You can go up to 2 scoops and I plan on building up to that shortly.

I feel the same about running... I just do not enjoy it and it is so hard on my knees.

Cardio in general is just so boring... I'm trying to switch it up... do the bike one day, stair climber one day, elliptical the next, etc... still boring.

it is boring, but part of the challenge of cardio is your body prevailing over your mind. that boredom is a big reason people quit before they should

I guess I'm one of the few who actually LOVES cardio. I have a blast doing cardio workouts. I don't like running or walking but I love jumping around, throwing punches, push ups, squats, etc all at a fast pace. I also love biking and playing tennis.

If I can occupy my mind, I don't mind cardio. If I run, I prefer a treadmill with a TV. If it's going to be outside, I try to listen to a pod cast or a book on tape.

Yeah I don't get that, I couldn't watch a tv show and or listen to a book or podcast while doing cardio. I'm way too out of breathe, heart rate around 180 the whole time, can't process much else.
