Will Tolbert negate the need for another TE?

I wonder when a new breed of defender comes out to defend these TEs. Right now Gronk is too quick for LB and too big for Safeties. If you are in the AFC East do you draft a 6'4" hybrid guy? Do they even exist?

TE and FB are fairly interchangeable in this type of system.

That said, I don't know that Tolbert's ever lined up in a tight end spot.

Luke Kuechly, even SS/LB hybrid types (Thomas Davis) should become more valuable.

Chud's offense places a big importance on TE play....don't see Tobert changing that. Tolbert came from SD where they place the same importance on TE play
