2013 version of....The Incredibly Awesomely long named Carolina Huddle FFL: Free League ran by Bwood and ITA

Somewhat happy with my team. Got some nice pieces but I need MJD to play obviously. Like a couple guys on my bench as well who have nice upside.

No order...

Cary Kollins (Week 1 Showdown)

Leaper

BB

Irv

Me (If MJD is decent)

CatofWar for example has a team with a lot of potential, but too many guys made of glass/Dez.

Some guys lost a lot of potential RBs/WRs and instead chose to go with Panthers/backup QBs. Not to mention the kickers going before the last round...

Rodgers at QB means consistent play and big numbers. Andy Dalton is a serviceable backup.

Steven Jackson is always a fantasy work horse and Donald Brown should be scoring a lot more with that new offense in Indy.

Brandon Marshall is Cutler's new #1 receiver and should put up even bigger numbers than last season, same goes for Steve Johnson.

Keller is Sanchez's safety blanket and Owen Daniels gets open for big plays in that Texan's offense.

San Fran's D doesn't even have to be explained and I have Buffalo to back them up.

Janikowski at kicker.

How is that not top 5?

Rodgers is great obviously, but a backup QB for a guy who you'll play all but 1 week is wasted IMO

Jackson is good, but disappears some games/injuries have got him in the past. Donald Brown has upside, but you can't bank on upside.

Marshall and Steve Johnson you know what you're getting. Decent numbers one week, not much the next. Both have been headcases in the past.

Keller = Jets TE...who knows there, but maybe 3 decent games (what he has last year). Owen had 3 TDs last year...1 game at 100 yards, less every other week. Not much upside with either TE.

San Fran is dirty, but defenses are too hard to predict. Poo happens with defenses, and you took them way too early IMO.

Janikowski in the 9th...can't defend any kicker outside of the last round or next to last round at the earliest.

You've got potential and the best player in fantasy on your side...but a lot has to go right for you to be consistently good IMO. Granted, that can be said for most.

Loving my team. Im thinking the RG3/Hillis picks is my make or break picks. I was going to take a chance on him or Luck and I think RG3 has more weapons and a better team so....we'll see. Im pretty set until the season starts as far as trades go. Like to see how my first thoughts play out and hoping no injuries.
