The last time Smith said to look out for our team was after a victory over the NO Saints* in the last regular season game of 2002. Anybody remember what happened the next year?

As the Giants proved last year, all you have to do is make the playoffs. After that, if you're lucky, you just ride the wave. Eli, is living proof that once the playoffs start, you can absolutely ride a hot hand to a Championship. I will have no qualms with riding that wave with Cam at the helm.

So if I am Beason, and I believe we can get to the playoffs. Then why not believe in a Championship?

Love the confidence, but I still think we're a year away. Playoffs next year, serious contenders for the Super Bowl the next IMO. And adding to that, we will be contenders for years to come.
