(rumors) Charlotte Bobcats - Clevland Cavs

He will be a 15 and 5 guy.

T-Rob can be a 15 and 10 guy.

Saying T-Rob will score as much as Barnes in the NBA proves how much of an idiot you are.

How am I a homer? I hate UNC. I went to Charlotte then Wake Forest grad school.

Lol you're just a homer

Barnes didn't even average 20 points and 6 rebounds in the NCAA.

He will be a 15 and 5 guy.

T-Rob can be a 15 and 10 guy.

Actually, Barnes averaged 23 points per 40 minutes, in a UNC system that favors interior players and point guards, in a league (NCAA) that prioritizes zone defense and hand-checking.

This is the problem for UNC players. Any time is clear that you're a better fit for the Bobcats, morons will always assume that people who do believe that only believe it because you're a "local product."

T-Rob scored more than Barnes in college and had the most double-double's in the NCAA this year with 27.

Robinson even put up a 30 point game this past year.

Also every point that HB40 scores will be equaled out by whoever he matches up against because he isn't a strong defender.

The UNC System actually favors wingman, why do you think Ellington and Green looked so good in college? The run and gun UNC system always favors spot up jump shooters, which is what Barnes is.

Yes the system also tends to favor athletic big men who can run the court well, but overall wing play is the primary focus at UNC.

They all suck except for Zeller.

Idiot. You'd be thinking that Zeller sucked if he played at Duke.

UNC's (Roy's) system favors big men, Duke's favors wing players. That's why Antawn Jamison and Raef LaFrentz were drafted ahead of Vince Carter in 1998.

Zeller won't be drafted ahead of Barnes this year, but he wouldn't be a lottery pick either if he played at Duke and had to watch most of his team's shots be 3 pointers.

lol

Barnes avg like 23-25pt per 40 min on a high %. His skills are perfect for the NBA. He will avg 25ppg easily. He played within the team at UNC.

Robinson was the focal point of KU's offense. He won't score in the NBA. He is undersized & has no post moves or range

Man, get a clue. Anyone with one knows that UNC's system favors interior play. I was saying this long before I saw this:

"A Western Conference front office executive recently said Barnes would probably be a better pro player than college player because he played in a system at North Carolina that didn’t complement his talents. The executive noted that Paul Pierce was the only quality small forward to play for Roy Williams “and that wasn’t because of Roy. His system is more for point guards and bigs.”

Barnes admitted that he had to adjust his game to fit a talented team that featured three other potential lottery picks in Tyler Zeller, John Henson and Kendall Marshall. “Not a lot of teams in the country have two skilled 6-10 guys and a great point guard. I had to work more on my midrange game and two dribble pull-up,” Barnes said."

You are a dumbass, Antawn Jamison was the national player of the year in 1998. It favors big men who can run, that's it. Zeller can run, but he also has size and his pretty athletic for his size.

Hansbrough can run but has no size and isn't athletic.

That's the difference.

You know nothing about the game of basketball

Also the per 40 system is dumb because at any time a player can cool off. All the basic per 40 system does is take averages into account.

But if you really want to look at that system then I guess I can bring up T-Rob's 22 points and 15 rebounds in a per 40 system, or MKG's 15 points and 10 rebounds in a per 40 system.

Actually, the per 40 is a good indicator of offensive efficiency.

Like I've said about Robinson, there are better big men coming out next year with more NBA potential than him. If you draft him, a year after you picked Biyombo, the Bobcats definitely won't be taking a big man three years in a row, so he'll just be in the way. I'd rather skip a year on big men this year.

Yet, Tyler Hansbrough was National Player of the Year, because UNC's prolific offense ran through him, just like it ran through Antwan Jamison. If you have the talent, and you get the touches, and you get all the hype and attention because everyone can see that you're the focus, then you get National Player of the Year awards.

Amazing how CLEARLY BETTER than Jamison Vince was proven to be at the next level, isn't it...NOT.

Way to contradict yourself in every sentence.
