I trust Lafell won't reach 1k yards and no more than 5 tds.

I didnt see plax reach 1000 yards last year either..lafell is way more clutch and going into his third year he can maybe get close to 1000 yards

I'm all for a possible Plax signing, but let's be respectful of our current players in the meantime.

The only reason I want Plax is because Gettis is coming off an injury and Legadu is gone. I'm not disrespecting anyone on our roster. Nothing is wrong with another weapon incase Gettis isn't 100% or even if he is 100%. Why some of ya'll don't get that, i'll never understand.

I wanted us to sign Plax when he initially came available. He's a vet with the height Cam needs and great hands. He a very good blocker and can do anything we ask of him at the WR position. We've signed quite a few WR's, lookiing for something special, Plax already has it. We can still develope LaFell and Gettis while we rotate Plax in. Here's another thought: cut Armanti Edwards to make room.

Bring him in to work out, and compare him to what we have on the field, and we can see how our big WR measure up and then decide from there

I know he has had a troubled past but he has stayed under the radar and I think Rivera could handle him. I think Panther fans know he'd be told upfront no BS or out of here if he came here.

EIther way I think it is a good move and would not mind it. As someone said the biggest negative IMO is not seeing who steps up Gettis or Lafell or....Armanti lol...but I think as a role player, clutch player, plaxico would be nice. I'd still play Lafell and Gettis more/same. As of now, with no shockey, there is more ball to be spread around.

Look at the bigger picture. What happens when that bullet richoches and kills a someone near by? What if it happend somewhere with children near by? Bringing a loaded gun in public without being smart enough to fire it seems troubling to me. The only reason it wasn't bigger than it was is he shot himself and not someone else. He may have shot himself but really he got real lucky in doing so.

But I do agree it isn't that troubling or as much as we see from other players today, that is why I am open to having him on the team. I think he has stayed quiet and possibly learned his lesson, hard to really know but staying off the radar is a good start.
