Question about iTunes and transferring music

and when I say it's a PITA...I mean transferring specific playlists...can google music do that relatively easy? I just downloaded winamp..so I haven't really had time to mess with it

It's cloud based, so whatever playlist you create one place will transfer to another as long as they are able to sync up. You have up to 20K songs you can upload for free. Took me about a day or so to upload all my crap. Just set up the music upload manager on a computer and let it run until it was done. You can either stream them to your phone, or download them to your phone if you want them there.

Just picked up my 16gig flash drive, how do I go about making this transfer happen as easy and fast as possible?

I'm the opposite of tech-savy.
