I agree with Panthro and TCF, but Josh will be wise to only be seen and not heard, going forward.

nah.

dude's got some swagger about him. he needs to bring it every minute. i want him to piss WRs off. let them know he's coming and he's going to shut them down and it's up to them to prove otherwise. i want him to get into WRs heads on a continual basis. if he can't back up his talk with stuff on the field then he needs to be cut. if he can back it up he should keep on talking.

Smitty to Norman (fanslation): Once the pads come on, the kid come gloves come off.

A note to the Huddle: When Smitty breaks Norman down---and he will break him---remember that it's all a part of the process of hopefully helping Norman to become what he thinks that he is already, but is just too young and cocky to realize it.

Norman has a lot to prove. But what better way to learn, then to cover one of the best wide outs in the game today and the past 10 years? He should soak up everything Smith is going to give him. That's what I love about smith. He's not afraid to tell it how it is and he's not selfish. He will work with the young guys and give them all the advice he can.
