Office Chair recomendation

I get to buy an office chair, and its totally up to me what to get. I know many of you sit in one as much as I do(8 hr days), so what do you have, do you like it, or is there one you wish you had instead. I'm supposed to be conservative with cost. Not sure how much that is though.

I like one that I can lock into place when I lean back.

I like lots of adjustment. Arms, lumbar and tilt. I just haven't decided which to get, and I don't know exactly what my price limit is.

I need a new chair too... the one I have is about 7 years old... it's been a good chair, but it's too old.

Usually the ones at Office Depot or Staples in the $250 range are good chairs.

With a more full back to it... not a fan of leather though.

Honestly I would just go and sit in a bunch of them and see which one you like... I really like this chair I have now, it's just that the padding on it is worn out.

yeah, mesh back is better than leather. i really want the adjustable arms too.

I went to a local office furniture place (right up the street) and got a nice chair for around $400. Fully adjustable arms, back, seat slide, mesh back, memory foam seat, etc. The chair weighs a ton when compared to Staples or Office Max chairs, which the sales lady told me to compare to.
