1) Limiting injuries ( especially our big impact players)

2) Growth of young players. This new coaching staff is supposed to be full of teachers, so we should see maturity and on the field. Improvement with less penalties and defensive mistakes causing big plays from the opposition.

3) Emergence of Lafell or Gettis. Not the 30 or 40 catches we have seen from them. I'm talking real production man :)

O.... can I cheat and add a fourth (divine intervention) request. Renogotiation of D WIll's contract so we can sign J- Stew to an extenstion. Neither gets workhorse carries so we should be able to get a flexible/affordable deal to lengthen their careers and keep them with Carolina.

2. OL- may surprise some but this is huge. We are an offensive team. RT is still an issue, LG is an unknown....LT and RG are probably positions where players are declining and not climbing. Need a solid season and healthy one from this group.

3. Chud - I have voiced before I thought Chud has become overrated on this board. Iffy play calling early last year.... I think Cam was a bigger reason for the success than genious play calling. But Cam avoiding a sophomore slump with be heavily tied into the offensive play calling this season. A year of Cam in this scheme is going to provide new challenges as Ds will have time to tinker
