That Ukraine Sweden match was the best of the tournament so far. End to end action. Both sides held nothing back. I started the match rooting for the Swedes but sided with the home nation after the first goal. Was really impressed, I almost didn't watch it because there was so few big names playing.

I was LIVID I couldn't watch the Eng vs France match today at work. I could have gone to a nearby bar but then I would have not come back to work then they would have said NEVER come back to work and then I would have spiraled out of control and who knows.

EURO 2012 couldnt have had a better start. Each team showed some quality in their match. The projected top teams in each group had to play each other first and had no choice but to try to earn the win. Here is my rankings after the first games of group stage.

1. Spain 5. Portugal 9. France 13. Czech Republic

2. Germany 6. Netherlands 10. Ukraine 14. Greece

3. Denmark 7. England 11. Croatia 15. Ireland

4. Italy 8. Russia 12. Sweden 16. Poland

Don't waste your breath if you dont like my rankings. I've had a couple and just going off memory of the matches played and looking at the group standings.

Today we have second matches of group A. Greece and Czech Republic at 11:45 and Poland-Russia at 2:45.

Poland and Russia game might have huge a brawl. Poland hates Russians and Russians are very stuck up and will fight when drunk. It reported that there will be close to 10,000 russian fans at the game. This one could get nasty no matter the outcome. I expect a mess.
