Anyone who thought that the commish would punish 1 GM, 3 coaches and a handful of players without evidence is a fool.

That being said, this isn't even the evidence that the NFL has since Pamphilon mentioned yesterday that he wouldn't hand the tape over to the NFL because they destroy evidence to protect the brand.
