<Undoubtedly the prerequisite requirement in which to post on said forum has become muddied amongst the sad masses that gather here. I find the superfluous ambiguity egregious at best. I find no precedent upon which to base my desire to pontificate any further upon this matter. You are all idiots and I... I am a genius.>

Anyone wanna guess who I am impersonating? ;)

Probably bc he is 300+ llbs and hasn't done tons of football drills while rehabbing

yeah that's possible, but he's been rehabbing while he was 300 lbs, most of the last few years. I'm sure he's got the best doctors available and I'd love to see him start and play every game for us. He's a beast when he's healthy.

I'm not sure people can use that excuse for Otah anymore.

"He's a beast when healthy." He hasn't showed much in 4 games. Much less two years.

When you don't play 31 games out of the last 35 games. That doesn't tell me much, other than you're not healthy and you're not beastly. Also, if you're going by his feats prior to this injury phase... It's been a while since he's seen the field. I'm not sold on Otah, and I've been on the cut him or trade him train since last year. He's done. I don't need a degree in medicine to see when someone can't stay healthy before some of you that love to point out the fact. If his knee is swelling to the point that he can't practice, how is this going to be when he has to play a game? During and After the game? One things for sure I'm glad Hurney traded for Campbell and the emergence of Bell last year. Knock on Bell all you want but he did a decent job for an undrafted player.

A lot of people are quick to use that excuse with Otah. I am glad however that Rivera is giving him a fair chance to play evevthough I think its his last chance to prove himself.

Rehabbing a body part and going through football drills a vastly different things though...

If his knee is ok, does anyone know why he had swelling on it?

He may just have one of those knees that swell due to extended pounding and use.

My left knee stayed swollen when I used to run. Had several MRI's and nothing was really wrong, but the constant pounding caused irritation. Was mildly painful, but it was what it was. However, I did have to get it drained several times when it really kicked up.
