Yea, I do. My reason is I want to know why people seem to think it's so amazing. I have no idea why it is or isn't. Like I said, I just watched the trailer and it looked good, but I don't really understand why its getting such ridiculous hype.

Your reason is that "it's not a sequel." Sorry, that isn't a fuging reason.

For what its worth...

I agree with you. Id really like to know what folks see in that one. Because I don't see anything special there beyond a graphic engine.

So now the people saying last night that Ubisoft had won e3 can chirp I think. Not sure who won out of the big 3. Nintendo obviously gets a boost because they had the new console and third party support, but with reports that it's not as powerful as once thought, and the price yet to be revealed (likely means it's high), the jury is still out. Sony only had one new unknown game, but it looks to be a good one in Beyond. Also, God of War, and Last of Us though known for awhile looked stellar....

Last of Us looks amazing. The Uncharted guys will deliver a good game, I only worry it'll be short like the Drake games, but still may be worth it judging by that e3 video.

Watch Dogs could be cool too. The "gadgets" are nice but sometimes games focus too much on that and the rest of the game suffers.

I have this sneaking suspicions that Watch Dogs going to very reminiscent of Dragons Lair in as much as a lot of thing will bet set pieces that you'll have to use a gadget or ability at just the right moment. The car wreck/shoot-out in the game play footage is a prime example. Miss triggering the lights at the right moment and its game over because if you miss the plot point and the story goes off the rails.

I hope I'm wrong and it ushers in a new era/style of truly compelling gaming but I'm doubtful.

After hearing you guys talk about watch dogs...i had to check it out. Wow oh wow it looks incredible. I hope inmicus isnt right about missing a key event and the game is over. That would kill the replay value. Hopefully if you miss the red light hack, you could jack a car and chase him down.

Anyway long time ive been excited for a game based off demos. Ubisoft is my fav developer...first assasin creed 3 and now this.....holy shot

I don't think so. The game was called "open world". Usually open world means that there's tons of decisions to everything you do. So, in the case you described with the traffic lights, maybe you don't have to trigger the traffic lights, instead you can shoot the tires out on the car as it passes. Or maybe you can somehow hack the computer chip in the car and trigger it to just turn off. Or, do it GTA style, and grab a car and ram the other one.

The game seems to have limitless possibilities. And the fact that there could be multiplayer gameplay... Oh my God. It looks amazing.
