Here's a question. If someone were to serve a prison sentence because they beat a person to death who had raped their child, would that person be respected in prison and left alone?

Doubtful. You wouldnt be targeted outright but prison isn't full of people with a strong moral code. Maybe minimum security.

Dude will be in ad-seg in prison during the duration of his sentence. He will not be allowed to be in the general population, becuause more than likely he would be constantly assaulted. Bad thing about these type of offenders is that they probably have had previous infractions that they didn't get caught for. No telling how many kids this guy did this too that were too ashamed to report him. I dunno, to me raping a child should bring a death sentence, I just don't believe these folks can be rehabiitated....just my opinion....

These days kids will lie to get what they want. The easiest thing is accuse an adult of "inappropriate behavior".

Most child molesters want solitary confinement because they know they'll get the crap beat out of them in prison. Good to hear he will suffer from fear and eventual physical abuse.
