no matter who is in the backfield, or how able, there'll always be a part of me wanting us to line up Steve Smith there just to see what opponents will do.

We did it against San Fran in 07. Their defense was so confused.

the whole earth, wind, and fire thing in ny was exaggerrated. they never set out to fully utilize 3 RB. thus the reason why they didn't bat an eyelash in letting ward go.

their third RB, bradshaw was strictly a backup/spell guy. he averaged 4 carries a game.

yeah that was more of a joke after you watched them play a few times, with how they hyped them up you would think that they all split carries evenly or something close to that effect which was remotely true.
