New Rep Rules...

How do you give rep now? Is it this "like this" thing?

I enjoyed the old rep system, back when you could see and read when/why people repped you. :(

Me too. It also helped to build relationships on the Huddle.

You can see who has "liked" one of your posts and message them if you want.

Click the down arrow next to your login name at the top right.

Choose "My Profile"

Click "Likes" on the left-hand side

Click "Received" to the right under your name

It then shows your post and who "liked" it

If you hover your cursor over the person's name you will see the option to send them a message

They don't have a chance to tell you why they liked your post (unless they post it later in the thread) but at least you can send a message to them.

Hope this helps!

It is the comments I miss. Plus, in this system (facebook) not as many participate due to the questionable content that occurs frequently here.

So I think some are profiting from the new system...but it is the Huddle loss.

no offense to the ownership who clearly put a lot of energy into maintaining these boards but the new rep system is visually hideous and smacks of laziness

Not disagreeing with you, because said owner (along with his motley crew) revels in laziness, but "smacks of laziness"? How?
