Photoshop Help! How The fug Do I Make A Stencil?

I need some help.

I want to make a Stencil of the new Panthers Logo so that I can Spray paint it to some Corn Hole Boards that I am making.

I googled it, and this video seems to make it look fairly easy. However, I do not have or use photo shop.

Or if somebody knows a better way for me to paint this onto a corn hole board, I am up for new ideas!

Perhaps I need to explain a little better....

I am painting to board Black. I want to spray paint stencil the blue onto it. So I only need a stencil made for the blue & white parts

I want the boards to look like exactly like this...

Ok, now I have been playing around with this a bit, I think I know what I need.

Can someone take this image, and make everything white, except the blue parts???

So it will be a white photo with just the blue outline

The panthers logo was done by masking using a projector.

Blow it up, print it out, use scissors and a hobby knife.

My going consulting rate for non-academics is 250 an hour, 4 hour minimum. That'd be a 1000 bucks, plz.

This is really good, thank you, any way you can make everything that is blue (and off white) black? I need it to be dark enough for the stencil. Also, can you attach it as a larger file? Will the quality be distorted if I blow it up?

Print it out on what? Just take it to Fed Ex you think?
