I think its for multiple reasons:

1st) This is a passing league.

2nd) Teams used to carry 1 very very CB, a very good CB and a decent CB., now like Atlanta - they have Asante, Grimes and Dunta.

3rd) We didn't resign Shockey. We're losing that aggressiveness, experience, route running and pass catching ability, so we need to find a way to fill those voids along with the right combinations to match our gameplan and create the biggest disadvantages.

4th) My favorite player isn't gonna play forever!
