Maybe everything tastes like chicken because meat has a generic taste with slight differences between species. Surprise surprise.

Shark steak doesn't taste like chicken...Squirrel on the other hand does. When I was kid my dad would grill shark all the time and I loved it.

I like to try new foods and I'm pretty open to at least trying a new, unique food but squirrel and any other rodent/bug would be hard for me to try. I heard squirrel is very bony. Gross.

I like trying new foods the most crazy poo was Muskrat, Ostrich and kangaroo the muskrat was the best.... Squirrel is very greasy

When I was on a three-week survival trip in Idaho, I had not only rattlesnake, but the locust looking bugs. We put them in a pan with oil. Tasted like popcorn. Also had what they called "lemon drop ants". Big fatty ants and you bit their back section and it tastes like lemon. Crazy.
