My son-in-law works at the UNC Chapel Hill OR. He doesn't talk about work much. But he tells us about one young nurse who had never watched football in her life until we drafted Cam. She claims 100% love for Cam Newton and now watches Panther football and has even bought his jersey. Cam is going to make a huge difference to this franchise in all ways.

I have no problem with our ranking. Who gives a crap about national popularity. If I wanted to join the popular bandwagon I would be a Giants fan or a New England fan. I like not being a lemming and doing what everyone else does.

For those who care about the team's popularity, the answer is simple. Once we can consistently win and make the playoffs a few years in a row we will be considered popular. I for one don't care a bit about the popularity but I would love the winning and playoffs......................

They aren't in the bottom 5 in revenue or attendance. The two teams aren't even remotely comparable.

The Bobcats are failing and the Panthers aren't.....it's really that simple.

The Panthers are really just now getting their second generation of fans since the original PSL owners were fans of other teams in 1995. Their kids are now starting families and traditions of their own and we just got our first franchise QB. Throw in a Lombardi Trophy and watch the Cats move into the top 12 B)
