this is a great pic. Two men following up THE man. The more I get used to seeing Riv as our head coach the more I like it and the more I hope this picture is symbolic of how the team leaders are getting behind him as THE leader of this franchise.

It seems he has just the right mixture of fire, loyalty, PR-polish, and brutal honesty that I admire in people, especially those that are in charge of others. I did not mean for this to be a Riv gush but this pic speaks to me. Thanks for posting.

Except the starting job in his first year, I'm not saying he sucks or anything so don't get my words twisted. However, he needs to work for that starting spot. Now I now injuries have played a huge role in his short career so far but he's says he's 100% so it's time to put up or shut up.

Otah's only competition in his first year was Frank Omiyale. If that's not essentially being handed the starting spot, then I don't know what is.

Otah is better than what he showed us rookie year and I know that for a fact because I watched him in college and I don't think he felt the sense of urgency when he came into the league because the job was his for the taking
