You can't underestimate how important it is to have these types of guys in the locker room and on the field. I love Nakamura's attitude and can't wait to see what he can do. Props to Hurney and Rivera for bringing in players like this. Special teams alone should be fun to watch for a change.

I see where you are drifting with this. You omitted Pugh. All three are vets, you would have to believe they know what is expected, and are willing and able to put up a good fight to win the job. It just makes us better overall. Not one thing wrong with that.

Haruki already made our team better just by showing up. He will do his utmost best everytime his number is called. No task too small, no responsiblity too big. He is a vet with a chip.

I guess we have to wait to see if he has the talent to go along with the rest of his game. He may just be that good. No one know yet. I sure hope he has it, cuz it has been a long time gone at Safety. Worse case, we have a ST ace for the future.
