Perhaps it's cuz the Buc's offense was quite pitiful last season.

Winslow is probably uninterested/unmotivated, and reuniting with a former coordinator and getting to be a part of this high tempo offense would ignite his career.

He had 75 receptions and 763 yards...if I'm not mistaken. That's pretty good for how bad the Bucs offense was last season.
