Matt Ryan, Alex Smith, Matt Moore All Better Than Cam Last Year

i mean sure he wasn't exactly set up for success, but where's he going to find that opportunity anyway? The Dolphins had lost Sparano and vice versa, Parcells was gone so there was no connection and they weren't winning. But Moore took the field with more talent than he did in 2010.

Moore will forever be looked at as a part time starter due to his undrafted status and the plain ignorance of fans.

He was the 12th rated QB in the league last year, had multiple 3 TD performances, and it could have been better if he didn't throw 3 TDs in the first half a couple times. He had an almost 2:1 TD/Int ratio and would have been better if his star receiver didn't have the dropsies.

Not much you can argue with his performance last year once he got in there but fans will always want a name they know, that's the way of the undrafted free agent.

They also passed on Flynn because they didn't think he could beat out Moore.

My point is, there is a reason 3 different organizations have been willing to move on from MM. What those reasons are, I don't know. But to say it is as simple as him not having name recognition, or being an UDFA, is kinda naive imo.

Maybe it's his personality. Maybe it's his leadership style. Or effort. Or any number of other things. Organizations want to win more than anything else, so if they continue to look to upgrade from Matt, he has to be honest with himself and ask why. Hopefully, he is doing that and will be successful in the future. I hope he isn't viewing himself as a victim, because that will get him nowhere.

Yes, Matt Moore is so good that the past two teams he has started for drafted QB's in the first round. He's soooo good that he led them to a losing season.

um the dolphins were an unstoppable .500 with him at the helm get your facts straight

Well it certainly isn't his performance. In Dallas he had over 100 QB rating in his limited time, had a winning record in Carolina, and finished the season strong after signing late with the Dolphins and being ranked in the top half of the league for QBs.
