IMO, the mom would be worse, just barely. Only because the bond between mother and child is so important.

Of course, they should all go to prison for a long long time.

Sadly, I knew of a woman that did this a few years ago. Pimped out her 13 year old daughter for a few rocks. Can't understand how someone can become that depraved, but I bet it happens more often than we realize.
