Maybe he deserves blame; they took a risk and it didn't pay off. Bowers had major injury red flags and they drafted him anyway- this is how teams get "steals".

Bowers was getting #1 overall talk before his knee issue was known.....Bucs grabbed him in the 2nd. Worth the risk where they grabbed him even of it was the knee that went out
