My Son Told His Teacher Today He Had Moobs (Man Boobs)

Of all the dang things to get a call from the school on...geez. On another note I met the guy and he is telling the truth. For those that don't know my son is autistic and his communication skills are improving. I just didn't realize they improved that much....

I guess it depends on where they want to go with it. I mean, this is akin to your son saying he's fat... well, he is. Your son probably needs to learn that's not socially appropriate to say out loud (which is made more difficult by his disability), but it's not a big deal either... unless the teacher makes it a big deal.

I guess it will depend on his attitude about it... if he's a dick about it, then I would be pretty inclined to tell him that maybe if he didn't want kids saying he has moobs, then he should lose them...

agreed, I am pretty sure this guy is gonna be an ass, my wife more than likely will kick me when he starts in order to avoid any embarrassment on her part. The teachers at Latin know I am prone to act iggnant from time to time

If he's an ass, well I wouldn't be too pleasant. If he was a man, he would have just blown it off as a comment by a kid instead of being a pussy and calling the kids parents... it doesn't seem to me that this is an issue that warrants a parent/teacher conference particularly for a kid that has autism.
