If Davis And Beason Miraculously Come Back Healthy

Recommended Posts

that video overturns any BS about Beason being behind

That video shows very little. He isn't running full out and when he goes side to side he is using chop steps not really extending and exploding as he would be doing if he were 100%. He is rehabbing. The literature says 11 months for everyone which might take longer or less for an NFL player. Hard to say at this point. But until you know what his schedule for recovery is, you can't tell if he is ahead or behind. All we know is he isn't 100% and at this point no expects him to be. If anything the problem the staff seems to be having is keeping him from overextending himself and risking injury like he probably did last year.

Not worth starting a thread so I'm posting here...but just thought it was interesting...Chud, Anderson, Olsen, and Stewy are staying and playing at Pinehurst resort today and tomorrow. Had no idea Stewy was a golfer...

I know, I know.....Cool story bro!

It's cool to me because I work 5 mins from the resort, drive by it all day and I had no idea they were in town. I've probably seen them golfing and not known it.

Cool bro. Do you have evidence of that?

Yeah, bro....front office just addressed he was still in their rehab program and that Otah was closer to completing his program.

That was stated after Beason releases this promotional vid

Beason/Kuechly - Beason/Kuechly - Anderson

Don't know if they move Beason. He's best at MLB but it would do Kuechly a LOT of good to play between Beason and Anderson. Beason is an All-Pro and Anderson deserves to go to the Pro Bowl, guy's a straight up baller. TD should come in as relief for Beason if they slide him out, to keep them both from taking too many hits and putting too much strain on their wounds. If they can both stay healthy this season and take it a little easy on their injuries, a year from now we wont have to worry about them getting hurt again and they will both be back 100%. If Beason doesn't get slid out TD still comes in at WLB sometimes and Kuechly slides over to MLB while TD is in.

PLEASE KEEP KUECHLY OUT OF STS!!!!

Yea as much as I hate to say this I think TD is never going to be the same. But thats up to God not me.

Much more to do with his leg, genes, health, doctors, conditioning and healing than it does faith

If it were up to god he would not need surgery

Gods will is determined after a third injury? Lol seems to me gods will is for td not to play

Just saying

I wonder if they can keep Beason in the middle and still have Kuechly cover the TE's. Seems kinda unlikely given our scheme, the MLB is in the best position for those deep zone drops. If Davis is healthy, I agree that he'll still only have a limited amount of reps. I honestly think he'll get cut.

No I think it should be

SLB- Anderson

MLB- Beason

WLB-Cookie MonsterR

Bring in Davis on blitzing downs

I definitely have a feeling that Beason will move outside. But, that is only a feeling...and could very well just be indigestion from last might's Mexican food.

If both come back 100% It would be Davis, Beason, Anderson/Kuechly. Because Kuechly or Anderson will be expected to cover the TE and blitz more than the Will. Beason will def stay in the middle of the line because he is a thumper and both Will and Mike are expected to correct the mistakes of others.

Still this is Riveras defense so I would not just expect a 4-3 like we saw much of last year. 3-4 and 4-6 would not be out of the question with guys playing joker positions as well. If you were to describe Rivera's defense in one word it would be Versatility and thats what he has in this years LB core. So expect a lot of players playing different positions.

Davis will not be starting...even if his knee is finally healthy, he's blown it out three times. There is a mental toll that takes on you. You're going to play a bit scared not to damage it again. If he can still play, he'd be great depth, but I don't see him being the same player physically or mentally.
