I felt like Kuechly would be a stud LB before we drafted him, there's no question in my mind that when healthy we have the best group of LB's in the league. Beason will always be my #1 favorite Panthers defensive player, but Kuechly will elevate the play of all those around him.

Beason, Kuechly's skill set at the moment is perfect for WLB and he can transition to MLB when the time is right.

Mills was a great guy and he deserves a lot of respect for what he went through. I've just been a fan of Beason's since his Miami days and love what he brings to the table physically and leadership wise.

Yep. People are too worried about a kid possibly stepping on Beasons turf. Who cares. Let's just hope Luke lives up to his hype and we have two studs. Also, who cares what position they play. Doesn't matter as long it gives us the overall best team.
