I can't quote on my iphone but the picture carolinaguy88 posted on page two sorta looks like the guy, though you don't have a very clear facial shot. same hairline and shade of melanin at least. could he have been on the practice squad? that wouldn't show up on official roster records would it? or would it?

and if i was trying to get laid like a loser in an NC bar with a bunch of women who know nothing about football, i'd pick a backup position that gave me some cred as having been in the NFL, but with none of the clout of a known name that would be remotely close to being recognized. so maybe that was it.

Wasn't that quarterback with the last name Hunter a black QB? Course that was only a few seasons ago, not early in Panthers inception.

FYI.. You can quote from your iPhone. I do it all the time. At the bottom of the mobile version, it says "full version" click that. (it's not as reader friendly) but it allows you to give pie and also quote.

So once you're on the full version, hit "multi quote" then you will get a little black box pop up in the Lower right hand corner of your screen. Just hit that and boom. You're good to go.

Ironically enough, I did the same thing, and was like, I wonder what this does... Maybe we're not so different after all, plus we both love the Panthers

PLayed at Wake Forest transferred to Tennessee. Was kind of underwhelming. One of the funny things I remember about CJ's recruitment to Wake Forest was they also extended a scholarship offer to Chris Leak when he was in middle school.

Yep, when Wake signed Leak, it was considered quite a coup for Jim Caldwell. He signed with us over Notre Dame. Unfortunately, he turned out to be not quite as good as advertised. Then he broke a bone sometime during his freshman season, and eventually did xfer to Tn.

I'm surprised people don't know that Chris Leak had an older brother who played at Wake and UT but never for the Panthers. I'm also surprised people who spend all day on a Panthers board don't know who Dameyune Craig is or that he's not Chris Leaks brother.....and that Rod Rutherford is not Chris Leaks brother and neither is Jerry Colquitt.
