You can cherry pick games all you want. Just like I can say in week 6, Turner got 137 yards on 27 carries or 5 yards a carry. In week 14, Turner gets 76 yards on 21 carries or around 3.5 yards a carry which is a big improvement. Or against Tampa Bay the first game, Blount got 19 yards on 11 carries. The second game they averaged around 3 yards a carry.

You can look at one or 2 games and find whatever you want.

Again that is one way to spin it. I was at that game it was close to 50 degrees at game time, Turner wasn't really a factor and I think our defense ran out of gas more so than Atlanta pounded us. But it just proves my point which is that you can cherry pick stats in a game or spin it how you want to but that doesn't make it true or make a case that our DTs need to be upgraded which is how this conversation got started.

No what he has is young players that he wants to develop and that he sees potential in. He just might know more about it than the rest of us because he is there coach, could that be why he is backing them?

Here is a secret the rest of the league doesn't know. Carolina has 5 great DT's. You just have to ignore last year and give them time, it was the LBers fault anyway, everyone knew that. Their play really improved 3 out of the last five games when we played bottom five teams.
