its cool dude my sister is getting a lot of psychology degrees.

you and her can get together and worship crystals in boone it'll be real cool.

and I don't have a DPT or anything like that. I have two things even more worthless. I just haven't deluded myself into thinking they matter at all.

You do have 2 things. An inflated ego and nothing to justify it.

you're on fire tonight...from downtown swish got it!

most crossfit trainers will just tell you to keep lifting even after your form has gone to poo and you're using muscles that have no business being used in a movement.

I've never been to cf charlotte though.

CF is for the birds anyways. Id rather just do compound movements in the gym and dominate iron.

"but you can do whatever the F&CK you wanna doooo!!"

yeah, it's weird. I got into CF because I was tired of doing just the basic gym routine.

Then I realized if I wanted to compete better at CF, I had to basically just Squat, DL, Press, and work on olympic lifts. :/

Beason's going to be fine. 9 times out of 10 when athletes reinjure themselves it's because they're moving differently than they were before. this is what they mean when they say "I have to get confidence back." They have to overcome that natural tendency to go easy on something because invariably it leads to them reinjuring it, or something on the other half of their body.

There's no shortage of examples of athletes hurting their knee somehow, then hurting their other when they come back. They didn't do anything during rehab that would have injured the opposite knee, it's just now they're performing at a very high level and putting strain on something they've strained before.

Jon Beason will not be physically 100 percent this year, but will be mentally.

Chances are (unfortunately) he will never have his same explosion, agility, speed or quickness back. He still is good mentally, so a 70-80% healthy Beason is still better than 75% of the LB in this league and if you don't believe/know that you are delusional. His tackles will be down, but with Beason on the field he is the type of player that he just makes other people around him instantly better.

With the FO drafting Kuechly does instantly make our D better wether you like the pick or not, it's just common sense. It can only benefit our D that Beason is teaching this kid the ropes of the NFL LB position. Having Beason on the field barking out calls to our defense is an instant upgrade (he's cerebral) and that takes pressure of our younger players (Kuechly, McClain, Kearse, Alexander, etc.) to be in the right position.

He is the Captain of our D no ands, ifs, or buts about it and instantly improves our D just not as much say if he was coming back from and ACL tear or something along those lines. This is truly the worst injury you can have in football (minus paralysis or consecutive concussions)

If the Panthers have kept the same traing staff over these past few years than JR is one of the biggest morons I have ever heard off...........

70-80% Beason to me is not better than other LBs in the league. Lets face it you have to be an athletic freak to start at linebacker in this league. He may re injure himself if he cant fly around 100% while having 300 pounders gunning for him. Im pretty sure you need that achilles to be strong.

LB w healthy legs > LB w a flat tire

Everyone loves Beason ....he represents the characteristics we all look for as a player and a leader.I have been trying to prepare everyone that he may not be the beast he once was this year from a physical perspective. His future may depend how quickly or gradually the team brings him back.I say team, because I fell if the decision if left solely to Beason may not be in his best interest being the player he is.
