I always thought it had to do with a) not having a player signed in FA when you lost one and B) how well that player performs elsewhere (play-time, Pro Bowl, etc.)

Should get more than this year, something for Dan Connor, Mitchell Schwartz might be a starter, MacBurn got a decent contract. I'm guessing a 5th and a 6th, maybe two 5ths. Maybe only a 5th, but I think what we lost this year was more significant than last year if only by a little bit.
