i love the way we are building the team, high motor guys who love the game is where truly special players come from, they have the dedication to put the required film and workout time in, and dont need to be motivated to play hard. love it

I'd say our new mentality is defined by the phrase "we'll rip your throat out".

That's what I want to hear! I've always wanted us to be a team that has a bit of a mean streak. I strongly support the good character elements of our team makeup, but between the lines, I want them to be meat eaters.
