Didn't get the slapaho joke did you

Yes. I got it . Allow me to break it down. First, the tribe name comically suggests that you slap hos--the slang term for women. That is why I said "warpaint." playing on your theme and the fact that you slap women is why I suggest that I am not at war with women because I prefer them. There is no battle over who wears the pants in my house, simply a commitement to take them off. Did you get that joke? See, I was suggesting the fact that wearing the pants and hitting women is not as important as having sex.

Does he also like CB that have a 73.6 completion rates against them?

Although funny, it really has no bearing on what we were discussing.

All Rivera wants out of his front four is to have a DT that demands a double team. If the O-line is occupied, they cannot bother the LBs. It really is that simple. Cover the O-line, funnel to the middle, and let the LBs finish it off. Works great when you can run it. Which we could not do last year do to the fact we had no DT who could demand a double team, and our LBs were, well.... not finishing material.

Hogan will push Capt back to nickle. Hell, even Norman has a chance to be ahead of Capt. Do not go around kidding yourself into believing Capt has gone unnoticed. Just because he is out of mind, does not mean he is out of trouble. His time as a starting CB are over.

If you have to have something to fret about. I cannot help you. Cuz you will always be able to find some little thing to harp and moan about. I love the worse case scenario people. They are the most entertaining around here.

If you are not excited about what is going on around here. All I can say is, mkay. To each his/her/their own.

I didn't expect them to get physically outclassed. Just like with Clausen, I wished they flashed some kind of hope.

they did flash.. they both got praise a few times through the year, but when you lack in NFL strength and technique, you get outclassed.. that's my point..

it takes 1st round DTs time to develop, 3rd round DTs shouldn't be starting their 1st year because they get outclassed...

People said Jimmy flashed too, and wished I knew if you were one of them. Point is people are full of it.

I don't know what Clausen has to do with anything but point to the fact that there are failures and successes and he wasn't of the latter..

We do know it typically takes 2-3 years for DTs to acquire the technique/strength and conditioning to play at a consistent NFL level..

and trust me, I do know people are full of it because right now we have proof there are people who believe 3rd round DTs should look like 4 year vets.. lol

Did you guys see Fua knock Carl Nicks down that one game. He flashed, cant wait till next year when he gets strength and technique. .

it seems to me Rivera totally ignoring DT this year might agree with you..
