I agree with you except that I think Johnsn starts over brown...He is a better run stopper. Brown will see plenty of playing time as we well as Brayton and Taylor (bar we dont cut them) as we will Probaly use a rotation on the D-Line

It sure would be nice to see him get a chance though. He has the potential to be a beast. Connor, Beason, and Davis could be a great LB corp for a long time.

Im not sure if we will keep hoover considering roster space is very valuable, especially since if we (probably) carry two kickers. We're gonna have to trim people from somewhere. Hopefully they are able to not be picked up off of our practice squad.

In a side note, some what related, what prevents teams from picking a player up off of your practice squad, or is it all free game?

yea i hope r. robinson stays too. I also think we would be crazy to release hoover since he was a key to our running game last year. I would keep 2 fullbacks and 2 tight ends.

I also think the duke will see more and more playing time as the season progresses but I doubt if he starts at least in the first half of the season unless someone goes down
