Restricted Free Agent, Power Forward: D.J. White wants to return to the Charlotte Bobcats

D.J. White will become a restricted free agent this summer, but has said he would like to return to the Bobcats next season.

White was in and out of the starting lineup this season with Tyrus Thomas and Byron Mullens having issues with their consistency, but never really took full advantage of the opportunity. He scored 11 points and grabbed seven boards with a block in the last game of the year, which is about where his upside lies. White went on record by saying, "You never know what will happen, but I do want to be back here.''

His playing time fluctuated so much this year. When he started he played well. I'd like to keep him.

He'd be a great guy off the bench, and solid depth. Would love to see him come back, as he played well towards the end of the year.

He also played really well at the beginning of the year.

He's a solid player who is efficient and disciplined but not much potential to improve significantly. If the price is right, keep him as a role player. He's more reliable than Thomas or Brown.
