Panthers Working To Get A Pick In The 3Rd Round

Since cleveland is openly shopping colt Mccoy, why could'nt we be doing the same with Clausen? with Clausen and a sixth round pick we should easily be able to get a third out of that from somebody who had a high grade on Jimmy when he was drafted.

I doubt we can get that high with Clausen. Colt at least had some good games when he was a starter. I can’t really say that for Clausen.

To be successful we have to keep our first two round picks. They are the only picks that pretty much assure you a player with starter potential. These two picks insure you are always adding talent. Especially when you are at the back end of the round as we all hope to be. You have to have those first two picks, every year, to stay competitive.

If you want to play with picks in rounds 3-7 go ahead. Stockpile away if possible. Bundle for a late 2 or early 3. Those picks are more miss than hit anywho. I could pretty much care less what you do with those picks. Within reason of course. I know I had better qualify that statement with a disclaimer for some of you.

My bold prediction at 40. DE, or RG, but a CB may be the guy.

This stuff is great. And GOOOOOOOOOO CATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
