I Do Not Hate Luke Keuchly

Kurb

It's still a terrible thought. He cares more about how our draft picks are used than our players.

You can phrase it any way you want, but that sh*t is lame.

I get what you're saying, and I can understand how that would look bad.

For what it's worth, I seriously doubt either Kurb or Kat would wish bad things on Thomas Davis.

You know what's lame? Wasting a first round top 10 draft pick on insurance incase something MIGHT happen to some player when you NEED help elsewhere. If they're so worried about that happening, they should move on from said player.

Look at what Lewis, Urlacher, Willis have done for the general direction of team defense for the past decade.

All you really need to know is Kooks was #1 on our board. Apparently they thought he was a franchise type of player. Considering that its hard to fault the pick.

I love the pick.. I doubt TD makes it past game 4 and I seem to be one of few who tries to be optimist around here about our guys potential..

obviously our coaching staff likes Hardy at DE more than Coples as well as realizing any rookie DT was going to be a project more than fans wishful thinking that they would step in have an immediate impact..

I expect we'll go CB with the 2nd pick since they are shooting for starting material right away, and I doubt we find anything other than a rotational player on the DL...

"I hope Davis doesn't make a comeback and stay healthy, so that our draft pick can be justified."

That is just an awful, awful way to look at things. Davis is still a Panther. Stop valuing the draft so much, tools.

First round picks need to start asap. It's ok for other round picks to sit for a little while, but first rounders should start especially top 10.

Keuchly has a better chance starting this year than drafting Cox and Coples...

lol there is no bigger segment of the fanbase that holds this franchise back than the hope springs eternal dweebs.

"I mean come on guys, let's be realistic! Of course our youngs guys at DT, DE, CB, S, WR, and TE will all develop into great players in spite of all evidence to the contrary! I mean, they're young! They're supposed to play like they have no business being on an NFL field. And man an I still mad about that Cam Newton pick, what about Jimmy? He only got one year!!"

LOL at you blaming any portion of the fanbase for "holding the team back". What a fuging joke of a statement.

If Davis plays well and Beason is back to form, who will he start over? I highly doubt Anderson because he has been solid and reliable.

great point... so let me ask you a similar question: if Edwards, McClain, Fua, Neblett, Kearse, Shirley, Hardy, and CJ play very well who will Cox and Coples start over?

now, are you going to put money down TD goes down early or one of our many options on the DL falls off enough for a rookie to start at positions that typically take time to step into from positions who aren't notoriously known to start right away due to technique, hands, and strength?
