could easily have been several. how many games did we lose by a slim margin? keuchly would've easily been the best LB on the field last season. one interception or pass deflection could've made the difference between game-winning points and a chance for our offense to come out on the field and finish the game.

Rivera knows what he has on the team. This guy is a beast, he's not "small" are you crazy? Are we really complaining about drafting a player that is compared to Urlacher? I've seen Urlacher take over a game/make game changing plays many times over the years. Considering the tackling on this team last year, I think having the best tackler in the NCAA the last 3 years was a pretty good bet.

This guy has had 2 #1 defenses, with 2 different teams, in 2 different schemes, I think he knows a little about defense. I think Rivera likes some of these guys who got some playing time last year. With a FULL offseason he probably has a plan on making everyone gel together.
