And yes, all of our YOUNG DTs will be better in year 2 and with a TC preparing them.

And again, this scheme is about a front 7. Rivera flat addressed they had to throw pressuring out the window bc of massive injuries and tread water.

Rucker was a second rounder, Johnson was a third rounder, Kris Jenkins was a second rounder, We have plenty of picks to find a pass rush folks......

Briggs, Derricks Brooks, and Demarco Ryans were not first round linebackers

Again it is easier to fill a LBer spot with low draft picks and roster cuts than it is to fill D-line and cornerback spots.

Rivera flat out stated last year with the injuries (at LB) it prevented him from attacking and pressuring. If Rivera has talent on the field he can attack and pressure with scheme.

This ain't a Tampa 2 rush your front 4.
