I personally would love the skills challenges to come back. Like for the QBs and for all the players. That would be fun to watch. No flag football crap game either.

Just honor the players that would have been selected at the new awards show they do after the season. Show highlights for each player and give them a trophy or something. I don't need the sideshow of a skills challenge or whatever, just recognize the players for their hard work.

The weekend should be a NFL skills competition. QB challenge, bring back NFLs fastest man, etc where it is more a leage wide event of the best competing.

How about keep the Pro Bowl honors for players, since it's already so established. I want to keep the game but I guess everyone else doesn't. A skills challenge and a Rookie Bowl are in order, like the NBA has. I believe Rookie Bowl one night, Skills Challenge next night, Pro Bowl next night would be a nice lineup.

The pro bowl makes money and has high ratings. Yes it's a joke but way try to fix it I'd it isn't broken from a financial standpoint. When rating go down and it's not making money then we can talk.
