The next three days are going to be interesting to say the least. Because I was bored and laid up in a chair with a bad knee I looked up more than 20 mocks on different sites today and there were only two repeats picks for us on them all in the 1st and 2nd. The same went for most of the teams from the 3rd pick south. This is one of the most open drafts in years and no one knows what is going to happen so at least we'll be on the edge of our seats coming up to our picks. I even pulled out my old TV Brick just in case.

I've been banging this drum for weeks now, but I'll be pissed if we don't take Gilmore.

Only other players that are halfway decent at 9 to me are Cox, Kuechly, or Decastro. If Blackmon doesn't fall to us, I prefer Gilmore.

WE NEED A CB, and he's going to be a good one.

Everybody that has played football while being filmed could have at least a few videos of them getting beaten by somebody. Steve Smith has been beaten by mediocre CB's at times. Beason has been beaten by mediocre TE's. Peppers used to get owned regularly by mediocre tackles. I don't claim to know anything about Gilmore whatsoever, but you gotta look at a guys whole body of work, not just a few clips of him getting beat by a no name guy.
