Someone should make a list of players who performed well then had a freak injury / sudden bad season who were not on the Madden cover. I mean when Smitty broke his leg he was totally NOT on the cover. This is clear proof that not being on the Madden cover causes broken legs.

I need to go vote some more to protect Cam's leg.

Also while we're breaking out the tin-foil hats: the Madden Curse* hits names and not players. This year - Sean Payton, Peyton Hillis, Peyton Manning.

Due to this the following players should take next season off if Cam wins.

You have to wonder how much can be "thought of as the curse"- or associated with the fact that EVERY football player in the NFL knows you are on the cover and might just want to "be that guy"............ It dont know if it is a curse, or just a BIG BULLSEYE......my .02
